No! They are indicative and we will review all booking requests individually. Multiple service requests will receive a discount. Also, it does depend on the length of cover letters and CV’s. For example, a CV that is one page will be quoted less than a 3 page CV.

Our interview trainings are only conducted by our senior members. Only on video or in person (if available). Not only are they professional engineer’s within large organisations, they are also seniors that has various levels of employees reporting to them. They have interviewed many individuals so know exactly what to look for in a person!

The interview trainings will be conducted to give the best chance of making the right impression. Some companies/roles/managers require people that are more reserved, humble and composed. Some require individuals that are very confident in themselves. Our sessions will focus on the target audience, analyse your patterns, behaviours and portrayal of your personality, of which then advice will be given spontaneously on the call.

Questions will be asked based on the role or company if applicable. Interviews can have questions regarding technical competency, personality, traits, personal development, previous experience, education, future prospects, company information and nature of the role. Everything will be considered.

We never ask for payment until we understand what you need, you understand what we offer and payment is usually requested immediately before starting the work. If refunds are requested we will have already completed work, services, administration charges, accountancy services, transactions fees and booked an appointment where we could have booked someone else in.
